It has a large variety of residential properties that are individually owned. Each unit has its unique charm and is provided with everything necessary to create a home like comfort.
All our units are fully equipped with necessity such as: Air Conditions, TV with cable connection, fully equipped kitchen, linen and towels etc..

About different areas in El Gouna
Downtown is considered the heart of El Gouna it has many shops, restaurants, bazaars,
hotels and The Club House that has a public pool overlooking on to a public beach. The structures are Nubian style, designed with domes and vaults within the concept of the famous international designer and inventor
"Hassan Fathi". The residential areas consists of small and tranquil compounds, each compound has its own little charm which is surrounded by lots of greenery and some of which are looking over the lagoon.
Rihana Compound has a Nubian style feel and is situated beside the Rihana Resort which has many facilities at your disposal and is situated between the heart of Downtown and the tranquil Italian Compound.
Nubia consists of over 100 Nubian style villas with the Arabian feel it has a breathtaking w shaped
3.5 km beach with the breathtaking views of turquoise lagoons that it is stretched along between downtown and ends to Marina Town and each villa has its own unique charm.

The Hill Villas have a Tuscan style feel with breathtaking views of a panoramic view of El Gouna and on the other side the natural beauty of the sea. They are situated next to the Movenpick and Zeytuna Beach. The villas are built on 14 levels of the hill and range in elevation from sea level to 15.5m above sea level. The villas come in five different sizes and range in size from 18.5m2 to 368m2.
